Why I do not select the hotel Leonardo: 1. No service in the evening - night. There is no bar. You can not get a coffee, even the coffee machine is not working. 2. Night Porter (high fat man) unobliging, absolutely no attention to customers. I am first time in Germany seen such disgusting behavior, horrible experience. 3. The room is pretty cool (with a peak level of heating)
