Zimmer sehr laut, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster. Dusche beschädigt, konnte nirgends richtig befestigt werden.

sehr schönes Hotel, optimal für Stadtereisen, sauber und freundlich, Frühstück war sehr gut, vor allem gibt es auch Antipasti, weil in dem Hotel ein Italienisches Restaurant eingemietet ist, finde ich eine tolle Idee und das italienische Essen war auch sehr gut. Was mir auch sehr gut gefallen hat war die kleine Kochnische mit Spüle, Wasserkoche und Mikrowelle. Und was noch ganz toll war, ist das heisse Wasser in der Dusche. Also im großen und ganzen habe ich vorher noch nie so ein tolles Hotel einer Kette kennengelernt. Herzlichen Dank für alles, gerne wieder, auch in Zukunft werde ich in anderen Städten Leonardo buchen. Vielen lieben Dank Alexandra

Einziger Negativer Aspekt war, ich hatte einen Gutschein als Geschenk bekommen und konnte mit ihm aber kein Early Bird Tarif nutzen, sodass ich im Endeffekt nicht viel gegenüber einer normalen Online-Buchung ohne Gutschein gespart habe.

Hello, we stayed in your hotel from friday to yesterday (20-22.3.2015). Everything was great. Nice room, good wi-fi, perfect location. Till departure...First of all your staff wanted to charge everything although we had a voucher for staying. She said that she don't have it...but finally she found it. But bigger problem was/is your parking house. It's inhuman. Till departure nobody said nothing about paying parking house. When we arrived your staff asked us where we parked. And we said, that in parking house. And her response was only: "Thats great". Nothing more. Nothing about paying it. Nowhere in your hotel is a single notice about paying parking garage. Not on entrance on parking garage, not in the reception, not even in informations "book" in room (there is only informations about tv-programs - who need that?!). Only notice in parking garage is, that the Parking is reserved for hotel guests. And than she said 30eur. Are you kidding me? Without any notice about that. We asked her where do you have pricelist for parking garage - she said, "oh yes, we don't have it, we have to do this. Is not my fault." REALLY?!?!? Is it mine if you are mislead your guests or better not informed us? In our country we have to have a pricelist for everything that is payable in a conspicuous place. What about your inspection? If we are not traveling with a little girl, belive me, that we would insist not to pay this on the spot. Can we solve this in normal way? Because your staff was not willing to cooperate yesterday. Just 30eur and that's not her fault. So we expect reimbursement of expenses. Best regards. Nika Steklasa Cerar

Das Hotelzimmer war nicht wirklich sauber und extrem laut in der Nacht, da mein zimmer zur Strasse war und die Isolierung anscheinend älter ist. Das Zimmer war eiskalt und die Heizung wurde nur langsam warm. Außerdem stank es sehr aus den Ausgüssen. Insgesamt war ich leider enttäuscht von dem Haus, obwohl ich Leonado generell sehr gut finde.

Mir wurde einige Tage vor des Aufenthalt per E-Mail das Angebot von 2 Einzelbetten oder einem französischen Doppelbett gemach, ich wählte das Doppelbett. An der Rezeption teilte man mir dann mit, dass es in dem Hotel gar keine Doppelbetten gäbe, sondern immer nur zwei Einzelbetten, die man zusammenschieben könne....IN einer Ecke des Zimmers lag eine tote Kakerlake, was wir auch an der Rezeption bemängelten. Diese Kakerlake lag nach 3 Tagen Aufenthalt bei unserer Abreise immer noch dort!!!

I was very surprised that you blocked my credit card even that I made the reservation with another card,without warning. This was totally unpleasant,especially because I made the reservation in behalf of a company, DALMARSI SRL ROMANIA.

The fact that every day you need a new code for the WI FI is very unconvenient and annoying. Plus if you have a smartphone a tablet and a PC, you need 3 different codes. The "gym" is a joke, there's barely enough room for 2 people, and there's not even a treadmill, let alone weights or a basic multifunction machine.
