Fantastic Hotel, and to be serve on the common 2 year, we may expect a service that do match the value we give on your product offer. Again, we will plan to stay at your Hotel... Leonardo Royal Munich was the best hotel we stayed at during our recent trip to Denmark and Germany. Everything about the place is superior, esp. quality of the room and professionalism of the staff. By the way, "North America" is a continent, not a country of origin.

I left my air travel documents on the Reception counter when checking in. When Iasked reception about them later in the evening, I was told there were non at the vReception and they did not know anything about them. The following day a colleague said they were in his room when he returned that ...

I left my air travel documents on the Reception counter when checking in. When Iasked reception about them later in the evening, I was told there were non at the vReception and they did not know anything about them. The following day a colleague said they were in his room when he returned that evening. He was not with me at check in, and only my name was on the documents. When anything is left at Reception in error, they should make a note of it for any change of staff.
