I would like to thank the team for being attentive to my claim regarding not so clear wording of the conditions of cancellation of the gauranteed reservation. Besides that, I would like to share with you one important matter. My colleagues and myself were really suffering from the smell in the rooms, although the rooms were of non-smoking category. If not for this smell we would be rather happy to come and stay at your hotel again. Unfortunatelly, the smell is disturbing, and in cold weather we can't keep window open. Other than that, the hotel is tidy, well located and the team is friendly and responding. Thank you and best regards, L.Sukhorukikh

Really good half term break. Only thing is that we@ve stayed at Leonardo Royal twice and now the boutique hotel and unfortunately not logged on our club points. We'll be definately booking again this year! Great stay!

Everything was great. Only one thing I didn't like. I booked for a non-smoking room, and when we arrived the room smelt of tabaco, which is not really pleasant.
