Noisy doors slamming in the night. it 's easy to correct this so the doors close quietly!

I requested my room not be cleaned by hanging the sign but it was cleaned anyway. Some of the staff seemed rude and like I was bothering them. They were not helpful when I needed to make a call to the U.S.

The photos on the website show the hotel in a completely different light. When I arrived it felt tired and the carpets were dirty in the entrance. The amenities are very limited with our tea and coffee in the room only being replenished on one night. The name of the hotel implies more than you receive. The bathrooms are also off putting in the rooms as you can see in to them so I wouldn't come here with a friend.

++ La literie est très bonne, nous avons bien dormi, l'hôtel est bien situé. -- Le prix des chambres est très cher par rapport aux prestations (En France pour le même prix, les hôtels sont de meilleure qualité) : la chambre est petite, odeur d'humidité : il n'y a pas de ventilation et vraiment la chambre sent très mauvais et sur le plafond il y a des taches de moisi, la télé n'est pas en face du lit !
