Hotel Lobby and breakfast room were nice and the staff friendly. But our room 506 was tiny even for one person and especially for two, and there was a definite smell of mould (probably from moisture damage?). The sink in our bathroom was leaking water beneath on the floor. There was hardly any space to hang our clothes and no ironing board. Throughout our visit there was some reparation work ongoing on our floor, with noise of drilling during day time and general untidiness of the corridors. The airconditioning didn't work, and it was almost too hot to sleep, even with the window open. Overall, the room was seriously over priced for the value, and I will not be using your services again and cannot recommend your hotel to anyone I know.

My bathroom sink was a glass basin shaped like the southern hemisphere of a sphere. Although this is a somewhat unique design, I wasn't pleased with the functionality. Water easily splashes out, and my basin appeared to leak. The result was that whenever I used the sink my feet got wet and I left puddles on the floor. I'd accept this in a cheaper hotel, and although the Leonardo is not too expensive, it is expensive enough that I expect a more functional sink.

I requested my room not be cleaned by hanging the sign but it was cleaned anyway. Some of the staff seemed rude and like I was bothering them. They were not helpful when I needed to make a call to the U.S.
