Das Frühstücksangebot war bis auf den Kaffee sehr gut. Bitte tauschen Sie die Kaffeesorte aus. Dies entspricht auch der Meinung anderer Gäste.

Wir waren vom 4.1. bis 6.1.2013 bei ihnen Die Angabe des Besuchszeitraums ist nicht senioren-freundlich- einfach nur blöd gemacht!!! Wir haben die Buchung über Groupon etc gemacht, die Reservierung war umständlich, auch wenn das Personal dabei sehr freundlich war

In general everyone was very nice and helpful. I was not happy with the attitude of one employee however, Laura at the front desk was very pushy and not nice. After I had already been staying in the hotel over a month and paying weekly, she called me late one night and demanded that I immediately come down right then and make a payment before she left at 10PM (rather than in the morning), although I was already undressed. I found that offensive. Also in the morning, occasionally the people at the reception desk did not answer the phone. This was a problem when I needed a taxi called.
