Very pleasant staff especially at front desk. Room was ideal- comfortable and modern. Breakfast was "busy" -cramped seating obstructed access to food and drinks. The food was ok,selection was fine. It could have been a bit hotter. However we enjoyed coffee and fresh breads /croissants. Again staff were helpful. Location of hotel was good- Underground stop just outside entrance of hotel in nearby street- 4 stops to main shopping areas. I would stay again especially as hotel was very good value.

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Zimmer war super; das Frühstück war für einen Gast ohne Insiderwissen sehr unübersichtlich, an den Saftspendern bzw. Kaffeeautomaten war es sehr unsauber, sonst aber sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft - viele zufriedene Gäste wünscht M.Paulich

Mikrowelle war defekt, auch nach der Meldung bei der Rezeption einfache Antworth: " wir haben andere nicht, also Pech gehabt, die Kaffepads für Kaffemaschine dürfte ich mir zweimal selbst von Rezeption holen. Von 5 Tage Aufenhalt , die erste vier war die nicht angekündigte Tagesbaustelle vor dem Hotel vom 07:00 bis 16:00 Uhr täglich, bei der Anfrage bei der Rezeption, nur die Schulterzucken, und das ist alles beim 4 Sterne Haus ( lautet internet Seite Booking.com), man sieht schon viel , aber Heimgartenstrasse 14 in München, weiter schreibe ich lieber .......... Ich hatte Zimmer Nummer 313, die Eingangstüre hat unten viel Luft und wenn im Zimmer gegenüber gekocht wurde hatte ich somit den ganzen Duft im meinem Zimmer. Die Glastüre zum Bad sieht nicht gerade einladend aus, wenn Sie sich diese ansehen.

Bei der Online-Buchung ist kaum nachvollziehbar, ob man im richtigen Hotel bucht, da die Adresse nirgends zu finden ist. Es wird nur der Name des Hotels angezeigt, nicht aber der Standort.

The free wifi was very limited and the connection was poor in the rooms. Except for that, everything else was very nice.

Sie waren sehr kooperativ und hilfsbereit da wir eine frühe Anreise hatten und das Zimmer sogar bis 14 Uhr am Check-Out verfügbar war. Dafür herzlichen Dank - bei einem nächsten Konzert mit LIVE Band werden wir wieder Ihr Hotel buchen.

The free wireless is pathetic in the rooms. in the past 1 year of my stay in different hotels around the world, the only hotel you have to pay for a decent wifi connection

I was disgusted with the reality of our room you had chosen for us, when I asked your staff if our room was a quiet one. Oh yes was the reply! Your reception staff need to familerise themselves with the floor plan rooms of your hotel if he really thought the room nexted to the lift and 15 paces from the main reception, (with no doors separating the room/rooms off from the the noisily 24 hour busy reception) is a quiet one. We were told no other rooms were ready so we left our luggage and came back three hours later with the promise of a quieter room. Three hours later and your receptionist had not done what he had promised and we were promptly given the same room again! I got the impression this receptionist was not meant to give us another room because she said she didn't care if it was wrong. This room was lovely and quiet at times! As a hotelier you have the responsibility to ensure all your guest enjoy their stay! We were woken up many times with other guests shouting and screaming including 6am. I asked this lady to shhh. Maybe you should reinforce the quiet policy of your hotel for the comfort during chec-in I felt the reception staff didn't listen as we had to repeat ourselves several times to get something done ie extra pillows for our personal comfort. Therefore it's is highly unlikely we will never return to any Leonardo Hotel or recommend the hotel to anyone

Bei der Buchung wurde ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer gewünscht. Am ersten Abend hat das im Hotel befindliche Restaurant sein 30 jähriges bestehen gefeiert. Leider war das Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant und die Musik war sehr deutlich zu hören (hätte mitsingen können). Auf Nachfragen an der Rezeption konnte das Zimmer in den Nachtstunden glücklicherweise getauscht werden. Dieser Zimmertausch wäre m.E. nicht nötig gewesen, da die Feier mit Sicherheit im Vorfeld bekannt war.
