Ein sehr gutes Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Speziell für Hundebesitzer sehr nette Geste, der "Willkommensbrief" an den Hund, mit Decke und Napf! Was ich mir wünschen würde, für Vegetarier mehr auswahl beim Frühstück" Vegetarische/Vegane Aufstriche sind in den meisten Hotels schon Standart! mehr Gemüse (Radischen, Gurke, Paprika, Karotten...) zum Frühstück. Sonst hat alles gepasst!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I had issues with the shuttle to SAP. It took me to Wallfdorf and the destination was ROT. You should state it clearly because not all guests know where SAP precisely is- in two towns one next to the other.

Es Waren leider sehr viele Kinder im Hotel, die den ganzen Abend bis spät im ganzen Hotel laut herumgerannt sind. Das war abends in der Bar sehr unangenehm. Bei Abreise wurde mir Frühstück berechnet, obwohl ich keines gebucht und in Anspruch genommen hatte. Das Frühstück ist mit 20€ auch sehr sehr teuer!

Family and children policy was a bit confusing. After calling Leonardo in Walldorf it was cleared up. 5 minutes later we booked our room. Check in was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay and recommend in the future.

Wir waren eine internationale Gruppe und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Nur der Checkout hätte schneller gehen dürfen, hier sollte eine separate Person nur für unser Team zuständig sein, da die Zimmer auf eine Gesamtrechnung gingen. Aber ansonsten, war alles bestens. Vielen Danke!

I didn't have any problem during my stay. Employees were nice, the food very good, the room clean... My only recommendation in case of a hotel renovation is to change the decoration for a more modern style.

1. I stayed 2 weeks in your hotel and used many of the services including daily breakfast and dinner. I was not entitled to Bonus "Miles" because I did not book through your website. This is absolutely ridiculous and poor customer experience. From a customer experience, it does not matter how I booked. If I spend my money and you offer miles to customers, I should be eligible for miles too. 2. In my room, the cover (blanket)was for one person and very narrow. I kept waking up during the nights. You should have covers which cover the entire bed and not just a narrow one that is only for one person and under which you cannot move or risk not being covered fully.
