j'y suis resté deux jours et aucune des personnes du service de l'hôtel ne parlait français ou espagnole (je ne parle que ces deux langues). Une chose incroyable, l'accès à internet est payant alors que dans la plupart des hôtels c'est gratuit.

No mini-bar. No room safe. Room service is do it yourself. Mold on bathroom tiles, bad lighting. Torn wallpaper, hole in wall. Parking in the hotel's own parking lot costs extra. Internet in 2013 costs extra. The only thing that is 4 star in your hotel is the price. Never again.

The leonardo hotel is clean and quite , the staff were polite and helpfull . You have to but in consideration the pleasure and enjoyment as i didnt feel it in your hotel .

Checking in put a very bitter start to our stay the receptionist was downright rude to me after I stood waiting for nearly fifteen minutes not been acknowledged at the reception desk. I was shattered by her abruptness and the manner which she handled my checking in. She should be reprimanded for her way that she deals with the guests she's a front line lady and needs to make a good first impression of the hotel.we stayed there for 6 nights
