Ich habe 24 stunden reisezeit gehabt, da ich an die Hotel kam. Ich war hungrig und dürstig. Am wenigstens muss es möglich ein kop tee oder kaffee zu bekommen. Alle Zimmern müssen unbedingt ein elkocher haben.

Wir hatten uns um meinen Tag bei der Buchung unseres Zimmers vertan.Bekamen aber trotzdem eins völlig unproblematisch.Vielen Dank nochmal, auch an den Shuttler-Service!!!

We were very satisfied With our stay, personal and breakfast We had our car parked for 7 days when we were on holidays, and were told that we could be Picked up by shuttlebus by return, if we caller before 11 in the evening. We returnes last night and called the hotel reception 10-15 mó uges to 11, and asked if we were to late to be picked up, and were told it was OK, and should be waiting between terminal 1 and 2, which we did for about half an hour. A's we did not be picked up, we called the Leonardo reception again, and this time talked to a man who could not help us. We Them tried to walk back wit out luck and were forces to take taxi, for which we paid 10€. I asked at the reception why they had not picked us up A's promished by our first call, but the man had no explanation, besidde they did not Pick up after 11, which does not affect that we called before 11 and were promished to be picked up. We find this way of treating customers poor and Will fede ath not re omend this hotel to antons else. Villy Thomsen

Die Angabe 500 Meter vom Flughafen Hamburg ist falsch. Ein Fußweg-Beschreibung für die 500 Meter vom Flughafen oder S-Bahn auf Ihrer Web-Seite wäre sinnvoll. Noch einmal diese Strecke (und noch bei Eis und Schnee) mute ichmeiner Frau und mir nicht mehr zu. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Gerhard Kliesch

We had booked for 4 persons. 2 adults and 2 children age 10 and 13. We got a room with only three beds - and had not recieved any information about only 3 persons room. When we arrived we were told, that there were only 3 ´bed rooms, and that our child aged 10 had to sleep in our bed. This was not acceptable, we borrowed a pillow and a duvet and aranged a bed by ourself.

Leider gab's auch Nachteile in dem sonst angenehmen Hotel: Kein Aufzug, man musste das Gepäck selbst in den 2. Stock schleppen. Zimmer 53: niemals buchen, direkt daneben ist die Flurtür, die extrem laut scheppert - dazu kommen Gäste, die nachts um 2 Uhr noch die Zimmertüren knallen - ein Hinweis auf ruhiges Verhalten auf den Fluren wäre wünschenswert.

Für ein Business Hotel ist es essentiell kostenlose Internet anzubieten. Es gibt Kunden die für paar Stunden kommen (Transit) und dafür möchte keine für 24 stunden (Internet) bezahlen.

Soweit alles gut, man kann nicht großartig mäckern, nur das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück wäre zu überlegen - Preis ist etwas dafür zu hoch. Und eine Flasche Mineralwasser für EUR 5,90 sind auch ein Batzen Geld!
