Ihre Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch mit der Unterbringung unseres PKW in der Tiefgarage waren wir sehr zufrieden. Außerordentlich zuvorkommend waren Ihre Chuttle Fahrer. Vielen Dank

Die Zimmer waren hellhörig bzgl. der Geräusche vom Flur. Die Türen sollten durch besser schallisolierte getauscht werden, oder der Schlafbereich sollte mit einer zusätzlichen Türe abgetrennt werden. Der Lüftungsventilator im Badezimmer war recht laut.

a)Haben für unseren Koffer einen Aufzug vermisst. b)das Telefon hätte man schneller bedienen können, wenn man vor Ort dieses beim Frühstück klingeln hört und schaut nur um die Ecke

Die Zimmer - explizit das Badezimmer - könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte alles ok, beim näheren Hinsehen merkt man, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Sofakissen und Überwurf des Bettes sollten regelmäßig gewaschen werden. Sauberkeit war ok. Das Personal war super freundlich - weiter so!!!

3 remarks: - The location of the Hotel is excellent (close to the airport). - I stayed in room no. 45. In this room there was no cupboard. It was little bit unusual for me. - Unfortunately I left my mobile phone charger in my room in the morning on 7th of May. I went back for it in the afternoon on 7th of May. The receptionist was very nice & polite and we checked together the room but unfortunately we could not find my charger in the room. According to the receptionist the cleaning staff also not found it. It is a kind of mystery for me at the moment. Kris Oze

1)We did not yet checked out, however, a housekeeper enters into our room. It makes us surprised! 2)Why did the hotel provide the underground room for us? 3)No bellboy help to bring our luggage into the room.
