Das Leonardohotel Hamburg Airport ist das einzige Hotel in Deutschland, bei dem ich meinen Personalausweis beim Check Inn vorzeigen musste. Obwohl das Zimmer unter meinem Namen und als Referent einer Veranstaltung der VW-Bank gebucht und reserviert wurde. Weiterhin wurde mir der Zugang zum Seminarraum, durch die Empfangsdame, am Vorabend verweigert. Erst nach mehrmaligen Aufforderungen und dem Verweis auf den Hotelvertrag hat Sie mir den Schlüssel gegeben. Das Verhalten der Empfangsdame ist nicht 4 Sternewürdig und Empfehlsam. Zumal ich mit bekommen habe wie Sie einen Gast, weg schickte der ebenfalls keinen Ausweis dabei hatte. Ich hoffe Sie verbessern Ihre Kundenfreundlichkeit.

You seem really geared to giving travelers a good experience. Proximity to airport great. Wake up call happened timely as requested as did the airport taxi requested for early AM. Final touch was coffee & croissants in the lobby. I will definitely keep you in mind for future European stays! R.H.Funke

There was no iron in the room - although I did not make a specific complaint to staff, I would have used it had one been provided The fridge was noisy I would have liked there to be a non-news UK tv channel available
