Very nice hotel. We enjoyed the stay. Nice with the "park,sleep and fly" with shuttlebus to and from the airport (Hamburg). BUT it was not that easy to find the ritht pick-up-place, when we arrived, and needed to be picked up!We ended in the wrong shuttlebus, who where driving to Hotel Leonardo, but not Leonardo Airport Hotel!!! Maybe the information could be better... But we would book the Hotel another time, when we´re going on holiday.

A perfect stay in Hamburg, before we go go to Italy, we will use Leonardo again, it was good to have a good nights sleep before we went to the airport with the shuttle-bus.

Das Leonardohotel Hamburg Airport ist das einzige Hotel in Deutschland, bei dem ich meinen Personalausweis beim Check Inn vorzeigen musste. Obwohl das Zimmer unter meinem Namen und als Referent einer Veranstaltung der VW-Bank gebucht und reserviert wurde. Weiterhin wurde mir der Zugang zum Seminarraum, durch die Empfangsdame, am Vorabend verweigert. Erst nach mehrmaligen Aufforderungen und dem Verweis auf den Hotelvertrag hat Sie mir den Schlüssel gegeben. Das Verhalten der Empfangsdame ist nicht 4 Sternewürdig und Empfehlsam. Zumal ich mit bekommen habe wie Sie einen Gast, weg schickte der ebenfalls keinen Ausweis dabei hatte. Ich hoffe Sie verbessern Ihre Kundenfreundlichkeit.
