nice and comfortable hotel in an area where not all hotels are so nice. very quiet. i flew from Hong Kong, and found it suitable for a jet-lagged traveller--the balcony was especially welcome as i could sit there and get some daylight. but i think Wi-Fi should be included. you spend more on cooling/heating/cleaning than providing Wi-Fi, right? we can go down the street to Starbucks and get free Wi-Fi, so i can't imagine you sell a lot of it.

Internet access not available at lobby as informed in web page and signs in the elevator!! I was told the PC was broken. WiFi in rooms should be free.

Eine Reklamation bezügl. des Fersehers wurde prompt ausgeführt. Super! Das Treppenhaus/Aufzug ist nicht 4-Sterne gemäß, was uns nicht störte, aber anderen mißfallen könnte. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich genial für alle Menschen des Business. Wir kommen wieder.

The receptionist on duty when we arrived on a 22hour flight from Sydney was exceptional. He was able to arrange an early check in and was very helpful with all our queries. The room was excellent as was the breakfast. I really enjoyed our stay. Regards Captain Roy Judd Qantas Airlines retired.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Nur der Lärm im Gang im 2. Stock von anderen Hotelgästen war unnotwendig aber da kann das Hotelmanagement an und für sich nichts dafür. Super die Lage direkt vorm Hauptbahnhof. Das Viertel rund um das Hotel stört beim Schlafen niemanden. Lediglich beim Frühstück war es im Raum sehr kalt, weil die Tür offen gelassen wurde. Aber wenn man sich in das hintere Zimmer setzt auch kein Problem.

My room was directly above the breakfast room and I was awoken by the smell of toast cooking. Perhaps the kitchen ceiling needs to be sealed?
