I requested an extra pillow when I arrived. The hotel representative told me that this would be provided. When I returned to the room later in the evening, no extra pillow was provided. I called the front desk. When no one answered, I left my room, came down the stairs, found a representative and then asked for an extra pillow. The representative was very courteous. He promised to check into this and call me within ten minutes. Within ten minutes he called me back stating that the hotel had no extra pillows. What hotel has no extra pillows!! Also, my room had an unusual odor.
I also recommend that you drop the ridiculously expensive internet charge and offer this as a courtesy to your guests without charge. I realize that you do offer free internet in the main lobby. However, due to significant college age guests, it was frequently occupied when I attempted to use it. Unfortuntely, my work will not cover the cost of paid internet. Generally, most German hotels that I have stayed in within your price range/category offer free internet.
Throughout my stay, your staff was very courteous. I just thought you should know about the issues above.
