We were booked in by the company we worked for so didn't really use the reservation process. Finding the entrance wasn't as easy or clearly marked as it could be, especially late in the dark. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful: from reception through to bar staff. They were GREAT! The scaffolding outside the hotel wasn't nice though. :-(

Your web content wasn't clear on the point of needing to have arranged for a shuttle 24 hours in advance of the stay to be picked up from the airport. So getting to you was expensive. The return trip, however, was flawless!

I booked the hotel before I realized the free shuttle wasn't running during my stay so I had to pay for a taxi and it was more expensive than I thought. I also didn't realize that the breakfast was not complimentary so it would be nice to say in the room or online that there is a charge for ...
