In der Reservierungsbestätigung von HRS stand nicht, dass man den Shuttle Bus 24 Stunden vorher reservieren muß - diese Information ist wichtig! Die Dame an der Rezeption sollte mal zum Flughafen fahren, damit sie weiß, von wo der Bus 61 wegfährt. Dann kann sie in Zukunft bessere/brauchbarere Auskunft geben, wo genau die Bushaltestelle ist. Mit Gepäck kreuz und quer herumzulaufen macht keinen besonderen Spaß. Der Kollege beim Check out war "fit" und sehr hilfsbereit!

äußere Bausubstanz sehr abschreckend! Schiebetüre (nach draußen) im Zimmer sehr schlecht/schwer zu bedienen stickige, heiße Luft im Korridor

Nachteile Ihres Hotels: Dusche mit Vorhängen sind eine Zumutung heutzutage Es fehlt eine Kofferablage. Für etwas ältere Kunden ist es schwierig am Boden im Koffer herumzukramen. Es fehlt eine Garderobe. Ich kann doch nicht meinen nassen Mantel nicht in den Kleiderschrank hängen!

We were very impressed with the service provided by this hotel-particulary the pick up at the airport after a very long journey-the fact that the 'shuttle driver' was already there waiting for us was excellent service indeed! We will be staying here again and I will recommned to friends and colleagues most definitely-THANK YOU
