Its been the 2nd year I have stayed in this hotel as a transit via Frankfurt and for me it is a very convenient hotel. I especially like the shuttle service to airport. I wish the breakfast price is less or given as complimentary

Everything was clean & the staff was helpful & pleasent. However, the phone in our room did not work. Our room was on the 6th floor & the elevator only went to the 5th. Also, there was a computer in the lobby. When we used it, it froze up twice. We were trying to book an airline flight due to a ...

Everything was clean & the staff was helpful & pleasent. However, the phone in our room did not work. Our room was on the 6th floor & the elevator only went to the 5th. Also, there was a computer in the lobby. When we used it, it froze up twice. We were trying to book an airline flight due to a medical emergency. When the computer froze we didn't know if the reservation was made or not. The staff rebooted the computer twice. This caused a double booking and a double charge for 2 airline flights for 2 people. Trying to get our money back has been a challenge and has not yet been resolved. A big hassle!

overall was a good stay - requested a taxi cab for 6:15 am. when we arrived to check out at 6:15 the cab was not there, nor had it been called. the taxi ended up getting there fairly quick, but it was a bit irritating that it hadn't been taken care of initially.
