Poor marks due as follows: Room... Minibar contained half empty bottle of water and melted Magnum ice crean (Room 511) Staff... Error in checkin procss meant breakfast team did not have us down as having paid for breakfast and needed to go through the process several times to be allowed to eat

Ich habe schon öfters in dem Hotel übernachtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut. Negativ fällt besonders folgendes auf: In allen Zimmern (in denen ich bisher geschlafen habe) zieht es. Grund meiner Meinung nach: Schlechte und undichte Fenster, bei denen teilweise der Fensterkitt heraus fällt und übrigens die Farbe von den Fensterrahmen abplatzt. Bei meinem letzten Besuch war die Toilette verstopft und ein großer Ballen Toilettenpapier schwimmte im Wasser. In den Duschen und den Waschbecken läuft das Wasser nicht anständig ab. Aus dem Wasserhahn läuft rostbraunes Wasser. Die Ablagen in den Duschen rosten. Bei einer anderen Übernachtung wurde am Morgen der Weckruf ca. 45 Minuten zu spät durchgeführt. Der Preis für die Nutzung des Internets in den Hotelzimmern ist unverschämt. Wie beurteilen Sie diese Mängel?

I stay in dozens of hotels per annum. Your system of safes is one of the poorer ones. Internet never worked, neither for my computer or nook. Booked morning shuttle to the airport but this was not communicated to the shuttle driver. BUT, room was great, breakfast was excellent, staff professional.
