Friendly and efficient service. One particular comment which might be of benefit to the hotel is to consider a 'theme' on the day of an event. L have stayed at the hotel several times, always to see Bruce Springsteen since the hotel is close to the Arena. I would estimate that 90% of the occupants ...

Friendly and efficient service. One particular comment which might be of benefit to the hotel is to consider a 'theme' on the day of an event. L have stayed at the hotel several times, always to see Bruce Springsteen since the hotel is close to the Arena. I would estimate that 90% of the occupants were staying for the same reason. Why not have a Springsteen day, playing his DVD's and music, a BBQ etc - thiw would generate additional revenue. I have seen Springsteen in concerts around the world and many hotels I have stayed in have cashed in on this theme - they have captive occupants with the same shared interest.
