Poor marks due as follows: Room... Minibar contained half empty bottle of water and melted Magnum ice crean (Room 511) Staff... Error in checkin procss meant breakfast team did not have us down as having paid for breakfast and needed to go through the process several times to be allowed to eat

I stay in dozens of hotels per annum. Your system of safes is one of the poorer ones. Internet never worked, neither for my computer or nook. Booked morning shuttle to the airport but this was not communicated to the shuttle driver. BUT, room was great, breakfast was excellent, staff ...
