Baustelle problematisch, Zug im Zimmer (Fenster schlecht isoliert), im ersten Zimmer Heizung kaputt -> evtl. Sanierung notwendig

Die Kosten für das Parking sind zu hoch. Am 2ten Abend ging die Heizung im Restaurant am Abend nicht. Man dachte man würde in einem Kühlschrank essen. Die armen Angestellten.

Fenste und "Balkontür" sind renovierungsbedürftig. Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, es stört also nicht nur der Fluglärm .

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, der Preis ebenfalls, Frühstück und Service sehr gut, Fitness mach meinem Geschmack. Einzige Ausnahme: Badezimmer zwar mit genügend Seife, aber keine Hautpflegemitel. Und ganz besonders unangenehm; Wassertemperatur der Dusche nicht regulierbar (hat absolut nicht funktioniert, war eher zu heiss eingestellt).

Da das Hotel in der Einflügschneise des Flughafens Frankfurt am Main liegt kann man wohl mehr als nur einfach verglaste Fenster erwarten. Da das Hotel scheinbar von außen saniert wird, nehme ich mal an das dies in nächster Zeit auch geändert werden wird. Eine Information dazu wäre gut gewesen, da es doch sehr laut war .

Your web content wasn't clear on the point of needing to have arranged for a shuttle 24 hours in advance of the stay to be picked up from the airport. So getting to you was expensive. The return trip, however, was flawless!

Es wäre nett gewesen zu wissen, dass das Hotel von einem Baugerüst umgeben ist. Vor allem aber, dass morgens Bauarbeiter vor dem Fenster lang laufen - das war eine sehr unschöne Überraschung.

I booked the hotel before I realized the free shuttle wasn't running during my stay so I had to pay for a taxi and it was more expensive than I thought. I also didn't realize that the breakfast was not complimentary so it would be nice to say in the room or online that there is a charge for breakfast.
