The hotel was good. Nice employees, nice and clean entrance, nice and clean rooms. Unfortunetaly the beds are not comfortable so I didn't slept very well. I heard the same issue from my colleagues who stayed at the Leonardo Hotel as well. I think your next investment should be on new beds, then you will have a lovely hotel. All the best, Feiko

Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer rückwärtig buchen und nicht auf Seite der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Dies aufgrund des Lärmpegels der Rheinbahn.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Unterkunft, bis auf wenige kleine Kritikpunkte. Ich finde die Kopfkissen könnten etwas weicher sein und die Beschreibung wie das Hauseigene Internet zu nutzen ist sollte etwas verständlicher sein. Desweiteren könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass die Frühstücksatmosphäre noch angenehmer wäre, wenn die Musik etwas mehr in den Hintergrund rücken würde, statt stets präsent zu sein.

I enjoyed the hotel being smoke free. However, my main comment about this is that there are ash trays immediately outside the front entrance where guests are encouraged to smoke. This means that the "lobby" area between the two entrances becomes very smokey, as does to a (much lesser degree) the lobby itself. I suggest that Leonardo does not encourage its guests to smoke immediately in front of the hotel in order to avoid this effect.

During a 5 day stay, the hotel was clean, all staff very pleasant & helpful, good value. The room was comfortable with an open view. I had 3 evening meals which were very good & the breakfasts were excellent. The central location was perfect for me - everything between the river & the train station (including the old town & shops) in walking distance. I would recommend to anyone.
