It was a pity that the spa was out of order and that we could not have dinner as result of an electricity problem. However, Mr. Kramer made us feel good by giving us a discount for this reason. Another thing: we didn't have to make reservation for the parking but yet it was full and we had to ...

It was a pity that the spa was out of order and that we could not have dinner as result of an electricity problem. However, Mr. Kramer made us feel good by giving us a discount for this reason. Another thing: we didn't have to make reservation for the parking but yet it was full and we had to park the car in de Hauptbahnhof parking. Good thing: we could pay for that in the hotel. The staff was very helpful trying to find my coat that was lost in the parking by making a telephone call and sending an e-mail. That was nice of them. Unfortunately the coat wasn't found.

We always prefer a double bed with 1 instead of two matresses. It would be better if it would be possible to add this as a requirement for a room.
