Het enige wat ons niet beviel was dat we de parking moesten betalen. Alhoewel er bij faciliteiten vermeld stond "parkeergelegenheid". En al de vorige keren, eveneens geboekt via HotelSpecials, hebben we de parking niet moeten betalen.

beim Check-Out kam es bei zwei von vier Kunden (in der Abreise-schlange) zu Differenzen mit Ihrem Mitarbeiter, der wohl freundlich, aber die scheinbar bestehenden Fehler auf die Vorarbeit seiner Kollegen schob. Kein faires Verhalten und kein Image für das Hotel.

Dear Sir, Madame, Unfortunately I have received a 'no-show' confirmation from booking.com. Which is nog correct. I'm not pleased with this false notification.
