The check-in process was quick and uncomplicated...the young man manning the desk was very courteous and helpful (unfortunately can't recall his name)...Due to the fact that I always drink jasmine tee, I was disappointed that the rooms weren't equipped with "tee kettles"...but this problem was circumvented by the possibility of getting hot water in the bar/restaurant. I was disappointed that the rooms aren't furnished with an alarm clock (I've never stayed in a hotel which didn't have one). While the lobby was spotless, my room was not...Especially the wall to the right of the doorway (when entering the room) was quite dingy...same is true of the A/C (which didn't seem to be in working condition)...The refrigerator could use a serious cleaning as well. I was appalled by the fact that hotel guests had to pay the same amount for parking, as any other person using the parking facility...and 10€ is simply too much,as far as I'm concerned!!! All in all, decent hotel, nice personnel reasonably priced, but parking should be complimentary, i.e. free of charge. Are the tour buses also charged for parking, and is so, how much?
