What can be improved is a personal touch, especially for returning guests. I like for example a quiet room (225 or 325)and would appreciate that this is noted, so when I arrive the next time I get this room without asking, if possible of course (or a room at same area). Some other hotels do this and this gives you a feeling that they care about you and that you are not just a number. I have stayed numerous nights in your hotel and it's a good hotel, but this is an item what can be improved. If you are travelling much like me, than it's nice that when I stay in Leonardo I know I get this room and in another hotel I get that room. Gives at least a bit of stability. Further all o.k. !
