Pendant 8 jours la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée (un cure-dent est resté sur le sol pendant tout le séjour). Le lavabo était à moitié bouché et personne n'a traité le problème malgré 4 demandes. Il a manqué de gel douche un jour et il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour en avoir.

Nice room with views to Dom. Good car park. Easy public transport to city center.

We wish we had added that we needed a lower floor as we are well into the sixties and found being on the top floor was very difficult due to the stairs.We would also have liked an easy chair to sit on when not in bed.Other than that we relly enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful

very slow internet up the room , and much cost for that, that is very bad for this hotel

Entrance parkng is not conveniance. WiFi is not free in room nor in loby. Internent connection was out for 2 days. Room is not isolated from outside noise. TV remot control out of charge after 2 days of use. Resturant food variaties quality is average. Above remarks are noted to improve quality of the hotel.
