Het enige wat ons niet beviel was dat we de parking moesten betalen. Alhoewel er bij faciliteiten vermeld stond "parkeergelegenheid". En al de vorige keren, eveneens geboekt via HotelSpecials, hebben we de parking niet moeten betalen.

beim Check-Out kam es bei zwei von vier Kunden (in der Abreise-schlange) zu Differenzen mit Ihrem Mitarbeiter, der wohl freundlich, aber die scheinbar bestehenden Fehler auf die Vorarbeit seiner Kollegen schob. Kein faires Verhalten und kein Image für das Hotel.

der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war schon bei Ankunft defekt und wurde trotz sofortiger Bitte nicht repariert/ausgetauscht. Boden im Zimmer wurde nicht ordentlich gesaugt, Krümel und Fussel vom Vorgänger auf Teppich. Aus diesem Grund, und auf Grund einer nicht einladenden Badewanne, kam kein Wohlfühl-Gefühl zustande. Wir waren Anfang 2011 Gast in ihrem Hause in Salzburg. Dort war alles schön. Das Haus Köln ist 3 Klassen schlechter und hat auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne verdient!
