Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz - Guests Reviews(1111-1120/1138)

We had a wonderful time in Berlin, and the service we received in the hotel was outstanding! Everything we needed was provided to us happily and promptly . The room was spotlessly clean every time we left It and room service was incredibly helpful. The one negative comment I must add is that the City Tour bus was sold to us at around 2pm. We then quickly bought some food then got on the bus at about half past. At half four we were dropped off at the opposite end of Berlin by the bus driver and told to find our way back. We spent 22 euro to only manage to see the gate. We should really have been advised against purchasing the ticket at such a late time of day as we had no idea it would stop so early. Besides that, thank you very much!
