Your parking 'procedure' needs to be improved. The customer is not well informed how does it work. The result is that after living the parking in the morning we did not retrieve any parking place in the evening and the employee refuse us to entry in the parking area. Finding the parking place outside was difficult, thus we have found this as an unpleasant event during our stay. We would expect that the receptionnist inform us that parking places are not guaranteed on the return.

It was a pleasant stay. But have to stay, the sound proofing inside the room is NOT good, the rest are perfect !

A well designed hotel, well run, with friendly and efficient staff - a rare find

Everything was ok except from one thing. The cleaning of our WC and its smell made us feel little uncomfortable with our toilet. If we were called to judge our accomodation, maybe we''ll give an 8/10.

Very nice hotel-friendly and helpful staff-free access to the internet from the 2 main computers at the lobby( important for printing (boarding pass etc, )- tidy room-aircondiotioning-perfect-comfortable location (U-BAHN,bus ----> airport). Generally perfect impressions! We will visit Leonardo Hotel Berlin for sure again! 100% :) Thank you very much!
