Parkplatz incl. Shuttle-Service war top und preislich angemessen. Absolut top die Bedienung in der Bar!!! Zimmer-Nr. 316 dagegen war ein totaler Mist wg. Busparkplatz und Bussen mit laufendem Motor ab 6 Uhr, Abholung der Schmutzwäsche direkt vorm Fenster (extrem laut), ausserdem keine Lüftung in Bad/WC.

Handwerker arbeiten Freitag Abend bis ca. 20.45 Uhr. mit Maschinen und Staubsauger. Ich bin selbst Handwerker aber das muss im Hotel sicher nicht um die Zeit sein.

There is no fridge in room and the Internet WIFI access to expensive. It should be free like in many other Berlin Hotels. People wants use own computer or smartphone without any difficulties. Think about it.

Dear Sirs, Me and my wife, Mrs. Olia Essina, we feel very pleased to express our satisfaction from our stay at the Leonardo Airport Hotel Berlin Brandenburg from 11.08.2013 to 12.08.2013. We really enjoyed our visit at your hotel – a large nicely arranged room with balcony offering an attractive view… Indeed, we were very impressed particularly after spending a week in Madrid. On the reception we were welcome at midnight by a gentleman who was very helpful indicating our mistake making reservation in your hotel – we have given in the reservation the date of our actual appearance at the hotel (12.08), what should mean, as it was explained to us, overnighting from 12 to 13.08. In addition, for some reasons, we could not stay the previously planned 3 days in Berlin and wanted to canceled the next 2 nights reserved a couple of months ago, what we did immediately via Internet. Unfortunately, it turned out that it is too late for “free” cancellation and we are supposed to pay the full price for the next two nights not being in the hotel. In our opinion, such a decision is hardly fare since we did not cancel our reservation from distance, i.e. we arrived and spent a night in your nice hotel and needed to leave. For this reason we had to cancel our reservation for the next two nights. Taking into account these peculiarities of the case, we are kindly asking you to reconsider the case with the payment of the next two nights.
