Main problem was the poor service in restaurant and bar area - on both evenings I stayed it appeared to be due to lack of staff available - on the evening of 08/02 there were 7 of us in the bar for over 30 minutes waiting to be served which is not acceptable! - also service during meals was poor ...

Main problem was the poor service in restaurant and bar area - on both evenings I stayed it appeared to be due to lack of staff available - on the evening of 08/02 there were 7 of us in the bar for over 30 minutes waiting to be served which is not acceptable! - also service during meals was poor again it appeared to be lack of staff, the personnel that did serve were pleasant and efficient. I also thought that the menu was very limited and should have had more variety - if there had been a local restaurant within walking distance we would not have eaten in the hotel on the second night due to this!

At the front desk, both Geoffrey and the other gentleman with the black pony tail are excellent, very professional employees who helped make my stay pleasant; kudos to both of them.
