I was disappointed that there was a smell of sewage on entering the hotel and the air conditioning in the room was very weak. A warning sign regarding mosquitos preventing from opening the window - why dont you put a mesh in front of the windows so mosquitos can't enter? It would also be good if you had an iron and ironing board in rooms along with a small bottle of water especially in summer!

The air conditioning in our room was not working. No one gave us a progress report on when it would be fixed. We had to complain again and this resulted in us having to move to another room. The hotel is plagued with mosquitoes which made the night time very uncomfortable. No one in the restaurant was able to help citronella or closing the doors even though it was a known problem. The information in the room gives the details of wi-fi chargeable. It was not evident until later that free wifi was available in the reception area. Nowadays most hotels have free wifi or if not free for an hour.

La signalisation pour accéder à l'hötel n'est pas évidente... mais c'est assez général en Belgique ! Par ailleurs, votre questionnaire semble ignorer la France comme pays d'originE...

Misschien toch een toiletborstel voorzien in het wc. Er was geen enkele medewerker te bespeuren in het restaurant zondagmorgen en het ontbijt was om 08u30 helemaal niet aangevuld. Jammer.

1. Das Abendessen war gut (Das Bier auch!) 2. Beim Frühstück gab es leider keinen aufgeräumten und sauberen Tisch. Alle Tische waren mit schmutzigem Geschirr gefüllt. 3. Bad/WC machen durch viel Plastik eher einen low budget Eindruck. 4. Kostenloses W-Lan sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein. Das bietet jeder Mc Donalds und Starbucks
