Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, der hotelaufenthalt in wien war ein erlebnis. nicht zuletzt durch das schöne hotel. deswegen auch die guten bewertungen. eines haben wir jedoch zu bemängeln und es müßte unserer meinung nach vom hotel umgesetzt werden. wir sind mit einem vito mit langem radstand angereist. blos ihr parkhaus ist nicht dementsprechend für solche autos ausgelegt. ein hinweis schon an der oberen schranke, hätte uns den zwischenfall erspart. wir sind nämlich im parkhaus in der tür mit unserem fahrzeug im wahrsten sinne stecken geblieben. nach rücksprache mit der rezeption und einem nervenzusammenbruch meines mannes, konnte dann ein mitarbeiter des hotels noch schlimmere schäden vermieden werden. wenn aber ein hinweis an der einfahrt gestanden hätte, währen wir gar nicht erst ins parkhaus gefahren. so ist uns ein schaden entstanden und wir haben in den ersten stunden unseres urlaubes erst einmal damit zu kämpfen gehabt, das geschehene zu verarbeiten. die chefs des hotels in wien sollten sich das parkhaus wirklich einmal ansehen es ist eine zumutung.

I must add to other things which make my stay lesa confortable. The first one is the lack of gel and shampoo. They were supplied the last day of my stay. The second one is the fact that you have to surf the internet only in the lobby....something really amazing, nowadays. And the last one was the lack of vouchers avaliable at certains hours (7.30 in the morning)....I Was told to wait till 8.30. I thing that if it is a service, it always has to be avaliable so that the customer can use it at any time.

Internet reception was bad:on and off, no WIFI in rooms. There were too many people waiting in the small lobby for access to their rooms, which made passing through the lobby and check-in uncomfortable.
