bar/cafe wait staff was EXCEPTIONAL. had to upgrade to a suite as double room was TINY! All hotel personnel were professional and helpful

We had a lovely stay and will post on trip advisor. We enjoyed the location, the room, almost everything! The one exception was the shower temperature was inconsistent. It would flash from hot to cold randomly. The staff was amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot call out by name, but the gentleman who works overnight was very pleasant and helpful!

Over all a pleasant stay. was initially disappointed that here was no television nor internet access for the first three night of our 5 night stay. This was corrected eventually.

Das ist ein schlecht renoviertes Mercure Hotel wo ein wenig Leonardo Style implementiert wurde. Es stinkt aus der Dusche, der Aufzug ist ständig defekt, Anbauteile fallen von den Wänden. Erlich gesagt: Etikettenschwindel!

Ich war angenehm überrascht,über die Freundlichkeit des Personals.Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Zimmer und die Ausstattung ist toll. Ich komme im Oktober nochmals.Die Wochenend Buchungen könnten ein wenig preiswerter sein!

Leonardo hat noch nicht den Standard eines 4 Stern Hotels. Das Zimmerpersonal beginnt 7 Uhr 30 mit Zuschlagen von Zimmertüren, so dass man regelmässig von ihm geweckt wird. Tee, Kaffe und Milch wurden nach der ersten Nacht nicht mehr nachgefüllt...(Wir blieben 3 Nächte) Unsere Töchter haben den Aufpreis für VIP bezahlt und davon nichts gehabt ausser einem kleineren Zimmer als wir hatten. Es müsste auf der Webseite angezeigt werden, dass der Aufpreis nur die business Lounge betrifft. Die Eingangshalle bietet nicht genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Sitze um den Komputer sind meistens sowieso besetzt.Die Preise sollten deshalb nach unten angepasst werden. 4-Stern Hotels bieten in der Regel mehr Konfort.
