Leonardo Hotel Vienna - Guests Reviews(11-20/424)

I and my wife really loved to stay at Leonardo´s, excellent location in Vienna, near the train station, the main comercial street, short walking to Museum Quartier. The room, despite being little smaller than I like, was excellent, clean, quite comfortable e as Vienna was quite cold for a brasilian couple to have tea in the room was a quite good surprise. The only detail, small detail, I would like to present is that the building could have a better outside color, especially in its back. It is kind of sand color, could be one that would give more visibility to the hotel, a more modern look. But As I said, just small detail, the Leonardo´s is a excellent hotel in Vienna that I will recommend to anyone and I already did at the Hotels.com.

Die Gästezimmer sind lediglich für Kurzaufenthalte eingerichtet (z.B. keine Schubladen. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens.

Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping not friendly. No milk in my room just two empty used milk containers, had to ask for more milk, but housekeeper not friendly.

WiFi should be free in every area of the hotel

die möglichkiet des späten check out nach wien marathon war klasse ! das bleibt in erinnerung und somit sind sie bevorzugtes hotel in wien für die zukunft.

Wir haben telefonisch unser zimmer reserviert, und wurden bestens und zuvorkommend sowie sehr freundlich von Frau Luser betreut. Nicht ganz glücklich waren wir allerdings mit dem Receptionisten am Sonntag dem 14. April

I would like to thank the manager, the reception staff, the housekeeping and the restaurant personnel for making our stay an enjoyable one. Due to their service, we will come back in the second part of June.

Everything is wonderful. we enjoyed so much.

I was very pleased with the hotel, service, room and location. We did not purchase the breakfast. I do not recall the price but chose a local cafe instead, I believe because of the price. Over all, we were very pleased.
