Direction
By Car
From Ben Gurion Airport, take the exit from terminal 3 and drive Head northwest on “Derech Hamamriim” towards on “Derech Hanochatim”. Slight right at “Derech Hacerem”, than slight right and stay at “Sderot Hateufa” (1.5 km). Than slight left to stay on “Sderot Hateufa” (1.2 km) and take the ramp on to route number 1 (14.7 km).
Slight right at the tunnel to route 443 (1.3 km), take the ramp onto partial toll route number 6 (62.9 km). Take the exit at “Iron Interchange” towards route 65 (400 m) and keep right at the fork to continue and merge onto route 65 (29.6 km). Turn right at route 60 (800 m), turn left at “Hahistadrut” street and continue on “Sderot Yitshak Rabin” (2.9 km). Maintain on route 65, which called also “Derech Golani” (35.2 km). Turn right at route 807 (6.9 km) and than turn right again at route 90 (5.1 km) where the Leonardo Hotel Tiberias is located on the left side.
Public transport
From Ben Gurion Airport please take the train to Haifa and get off at “Lev Ha Mifratz” station. This station is next to the bus terminal. Take bus 430 to Tiberias.
Taxi
Taxis cost around 450 nis (125 USD) from/to Ben Gurion International Airport. Travellers can take “Sherut Taxis” (shared taxis for up to ten people) directly to Tiberia and pay around 60 nis (15 USD).
