Leonardo Boutique Hotel Berlin

Opening end of 2011/beginning of 2012 - A ten storey construction of glass and metal will dominate the face of the Bertold-Brecht-Platz. The Leonardo Boutique Hotel Berlin will open at the end of 2011 / beginning of 2012 and is characterized by a symbiosis of gastronomy, real estate and hotel situated directly on the Friedrichstrasse Spree waterside.

The threepart complex was designed by the architect’s office Eike Becker in Berlin. The building will comprise ten storeys plus a basement – the building will feature a staggered echelon formation from the sixth storey upwards, an architectural aspect that “represents the building’s appeal”, according to Becker.

The segment that will house the Leonardo Hotel lies on the north-east side of the complex. The interior design of the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Berlin will be characterized by a “Bohemian style”, and will comprise 310 rooms with a luxurious VIP lounge for special events (150 sqm), an elegant spa and wellness area (150 sqm) and a conference area with a total area of 160 sqm. The hotel restaurant offers room for up to 200 guests.
